The MRA Integrity Circle is designed for new PTIN holders just entering the tax industry, established tax professionals looking for better structure and leadership, EROs who hold their own EFIN, and service bureaus seeking a compliance-first platform. If you are a tax professional at any stage who wants mentorship, software access, compliance guidance, and year-round support — this is for you.
Do I need my own EFIN to join?
No — you do not need your own EFIN to join the Integrity Launch, Growth, or Leadership tiers. Those tiers are designed for tax professionals who prepare returns under MRA's ERO umbrella. The ERO Software Tiers are specifically for tax professionals who already hold their own EFIN and want dedicated software access and independent support.
What tier is right for me?
Your tier is generally determined by your return volume: Integrity Launch is for 0–14 returns per season, Integrity Growth is for 15–49 returns, and Integrity Leadership is for 50+ returns. If you have your own EFIN, an ERO Software Tier may be the right fit. When you apply, we'll help guide you to the right placement based on your goals and experience.
